Web development for businesses across the United States

Custom websites, online stores and web apps for US businesses, built by a nearshore team on Central Time. Fixed-price proposals from your budget.

A nearshore web team on your clock

Codebrand is a web development agency founded in 2020 with one office, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. We work with US businesses remotely, in English, on Central Standard Time. Meetings happen in your business day, you see the progress in a demo every week, and when the project ends the code, the domain and every account are in your company’s name.

Two of the projects in our portfolio show the kind of work we do for US clients. For GMJ Architectural Design, a family-owned interior design studio in St. Louis, Missouri, we built a portfolio and booking website. For Laboratory & Tech, a laboratory equipment distributor based in Florida, we built a B2B catalogue with more than 7,900 products and a quote-only checkout.

What a US business website needs today

  • Accessibility. Accessibility claims against business websites are common in the US. We build with the WCAG guidelines in mind so the site works for every visitor and stands up to review.
  • Privacy that matches state law. California and a growing list of states regulate how websites collect personal data. Consent, privacy policy and data handling are designed in, not bolted on.
  • Sales tax and payments. Online stores charge sales tax where the business has nexus, and checkout has to support cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal through Stripe or a similar processor.
  • Integrations with the tools you already use. CRM, scheduling, email marketing and accounting, connected so leads and orders do not get typed in twice.
  • Speed and technical SEO. A fast, well structured site ranks and converts better than a heavier one with the same design.

Who we build for in the US

Services for US companies

We offer custom web development, e-commerce development, UX/UI design and custom software, and we can extend your team with remote developers who work your hours.

How we work

You tell us what you need and how much you can invest. We propose the scope that fits that budget, at a fixed price in writing. During the project you see the progress in a weekly demo, and at the end the code, the domain and the accounts belong to your company.

Web development in the United States: common questions

Where is your team based?
Our one office is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. We work with US companies remotely, in English, with video calls during your business day and a demo of the progress every week.
How do the time zones work?
Honduras stays on Central Standard Time all year. That puts us on the same clock as Chicago, Dallas and Houston in winter and one hour behind them in summer. Our working day overlaps almost all of yours, from the East Coast to the West Coast.
How does pricing work if you do not publish prices?
You tell us what you need and the budget you have. We reply with a fixed-price proposal that fits it, usually within 24 business hours, with the scope written out so there are no surprises.
Can you build accessible websites?
Yes. We build with the WCAG guidelines in mind from the first wireframe: semantic markup, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, labelled forms and text alternatives for images. Accessibility is part of the build, not a plugin added at the end.
Can you build a bilingual English and Spanish website?
Yes. Spanish is our first language and the team works in fluent English, so both versions are written and reviewed by people who speak them, with the hreflang setup that lets Google show each visitor the right one.
